Cosmic Worm - Extra Durable

Does your cat destroy normal toys during heated play sessions? If your cat needs a more durable wand attachment, this Cosmic Worm has a reinforced Faux Fur with a knit backing that stands up to rough play.

Remember that your cat is a predator with a natural urge to hunt, and our Cosmic Worms are a great way to satisfy that instinct! Have them chase it around until they're a little tired, then let them catch it and reward them with some scratches, pats, and treats. Repeat until they bask in their success and purr with satisfaction!

These handmade Cosmic Worm wand attachments are long, fuzzy, and lightly filled with herbs so that they are flexible enough to move in an enticing way while also tempting cats with the scents of our herbal offerings. Many cats enjoy playing with these toys on their own, wrestling with their long, floppy shape, however they are designed to be attached to wands. When used on a wand, kitties can't resist their wiggly wormy movements! 

There are two main ways that you can attach a wand to our Cosmic Worms. You can tie a string onto the loop on the end of the toy. This allows you to pull on the toy after your cat catches it, simulating struggling prey. Alternatively, you can insert your wand's string through the velcro opening of the toy and close the velcro tight, so that when your cat catches the toy, it comes loose. This way, they feel like they caught something and can run away with the toy without dragging the wand around. Find out which way is your kitty's favorite! We aren't shipping wands at this time, but for an additional $2, we will include a 3-foot length of organic, US-grown Hemp Cord. The cord can be tied to any wand that you already own.
